In her professional role at JetBlue as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Massiel embodies the company's mission to inspire humanity. Her work is integral to the heart of JetBlue's brand, contributing to a culture of inspiration that begins with the crewmembers and extends to every customer interaction.

Massiel's has experience with the Women in Leadership Institute and SHRM Women in Leadership Institute. Her leadership and expertise not only contribute to her current roles but also make her a role model for aspiring women in aviation.

Lisa has dedicated 25 years to serving as a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines, where her passion for aviation flourishes. Beyond her career, she's committed to volunteering and bringing aviation programs to schools, aiming to empower young women with opportunities she missed in her youth.

An avid runner with a private pilot's license, Lisa dreams of becoming a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) to mentor the next generation of aviators. With a degree in Aviation Management from Western Michigan University, she's well on her way to transforming her dreams into reality, inspiring young minds to reach for the skies.

 When Rebecca joined Women in Aviation International in January 2022, she had no idea the impact that decision would have on her life. The members of the Central Florida Chapter have helped her professionally and personally in more ways than one, and supported her throughout her time as a student of Epic Flight Academy's Aircraft Maintenance Program. Now a graduate, Rebecca strives to return the favor and continue the legacy of love, support, and inclusion as a member of the Board.

When not studying for her Airframe & Powerplant exams, you'll find Rebecca listening to/playing music, watching plays and musicals, enjoying her current favorite video game, or practicing her pyrography.

​With a passion for capturing the beauty of flight and wildlife, Carolyn specializes in photographing airplanes and alligators, showcasing the dynamic elegance of both. Carolyn is the new Co-Chair of the Photography Team for Sun 'n Fun, she brings creativity, precision, and dedication to photographing our chapters various events. Her expertise in photography allows her to preserve captivating moments that inspire and resonate with everyone, reflecting her commitment to excellence in every frame.

Jaimie is an aspiring student pilot waiting for their medical clearance, they channel their creative flair into being a tattoo artist by day and plotting their flight path to becoming an instructor by night.

Deeply committed to the aviation community, they're always looking for ways to contribute and make a difference. This passion also took flight with the launch of AeroChic, a women's pilot supply company aimed at supporting and empowering women pilots, proving that the sky's the limit for everyone.

With eyes on the skies and feet on the ground, they're not just waiting to fly—their goal is to shape a more inclusive and vibrant aviation world for all.

Maggie has been a pilot for 25 years and an active flight instructor for 20.  Her love of the General Aviation community has allowed her the opportunity to fly almost 30 different types of aircraft over her career, as well as add on multiple pilot and instructor ratings in seaplanes & gliders.  

She enjoys sharing her experiences with local school kids aviation clubs and organizations, and currently holds NAFI Master Instructor accreditation.  Maggie loves bringing people together for events and is excited to help the Chapter continue to provide opportunities for members and the local community.
