We are proud to introduce you to our outstanding board members, passionate about supporting and inspiring women in aviation. Our board consists of a diverse group of women from different aviation industry sectors, including space, aviation maintenance, pilots, and airline crews. We are proud of our members; each brings a unique perspective to our organization. Our board members are committed to promoting and supporting women in aviation. We believe that by sharing our experiences and working together, we can create a more inclusive and supportive industry for all women in aviation.

Courtney C.

Courtney is a Project Manager at Integrated Launch Solutions where she helps space vehicle developers, launch service providers, and spaceport operators with FAA launch and reentry licensing and regulatory compliance. She is an award-winning program management professional with over 10 years of experience in nonprofit development and management. Courtney is excited to help create a future where girls and women can easily achieve their dreams of being a part of the aviation and aerospace industries.

Jennifer D.

Jennifer is a Program Manager for Northrop Grumman at Kennedy Space Center. Her contract serves to build the solid rocket boosters for NASA’s Artemis Rockets. Jennifer worked in rotor wing aviation operations for 11 years before transitioning to aerospace. She is a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in both aviation and aerospace. Jennifer holds a PPL ASEL which she proudly accomplished in a taildragger.

As a freelance aviation photographer, Carolyn has honed her skills in capturing stunning images of various aspects of the aviation industry. Her captivating work has been prominently featured in numerous publications, both in print and online, showcasing her expertise and creativity.

Amber is working on her Commercial Single Engine. She owns her own marketing consulting company called Create with Kiwi and is passionate about digital marketing, web design and inspiring more girls in aviation.

Anna-Kay is a Flight Attendant for a major US airline. She has a passion for motivating and engaging with teens and young adults. Anna-Kay enjoys flying and is currently working towards her Private Pilots license.
