President
Maggie Broman
Maggie has been a part of the Central Florida aviation scene for over 20 years. She is an awarded and accomplished Certificated Flight Instructor who joined the Central Florida Women in Aviation Chapter in 2008. She currently conducts advanced training with pilots who own their own aircraft and also flies for a Part 135 charter company/medevac service.

Vice President
Ali Gregoire
Ali began her aviation journey in 2023 and currently holds a Private Pilot License. What started as a lifelong promise became a full-circle moment when she purchased her late father’s Piper Arrow, N44157.
Professionally, Ali brings expertise in customer success, along with an early career foundation in corporate event planning and fundraising. Her background in building relationships, leading initiatives, and creating meaningful experiences has shaped her leadership style both in and out of aviation.
Ali is passionate about mentorship, inspiring generations within aviation, and helping women feel confident stepping into spaces that once felt out of reach. She is committed to cultivating connection, courage, and legacy—supporting members not only as aviators, but as leaders shaping the future of flight.
When she’s not flying, Ali enjoys spending time with her two dogs, reading, cooking, and soaking up the Florida sunshine.

Secretary
Rebecca Ebersold
When Rebecca joined Women in Aviation International in January 2022, she had no idea the impact that decision would have on her life. The members of the Central Florida Chapter have helped her professionally and personally in more ways than one, and supported her throughout her time as a student of Epic Flight Academy's Aircraft Maintenance Program. Now a graduate, Rebecca strives to return the favor and continue the legacy of love, support, and inclusion as a member of the Board.
When not studying for her Airframe & Powerplant exams, you'll find Rebecca listening to/playing music, watching plays and musicals, enjoying her current favorite video game, or practicing her pyrography.

Treasurer
Alyse Dominguez
Serving as Treasurer, Alyse brings financial expertise and a strong passion for aviation to the chapter. As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, she helps individuals and families build secure financial futures through strategic planning and thoughtful guidance.
Currently a student pilot training in the C172, she is actively working toward advancing her aviation journey. Outside of aviation and finance, she teaches indoor spin classes, channeling her enthusiasm for discipline and love for group fitness.

Board of Directors
Marketing and Communications Chair
Sasha Teman
For the past five years, Sasha has worked as a Multimedia Journalist in various countries like France, Canada and now the United States. But ever since she was a little girl, she has had an affinity for airplanes and the aviation industry. Although she hasn’t decided whether she will use that passion to learn how to pilot a plane, she is committed to using her journalistic expertise to bring more visibility to the Chapter and advise on communications strategies.
Sasha joined WAI-CFL in April 2025 and has found a place in this community which she aims to pay forward.
When Sasha isn’t on the field reporting, you can find her taking dance classes, volunteering or practicing her DJ skills.
